Shipping Information

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order,  AU'DORE does not ship orders to post office boxes. AU'DORE is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs


For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: 

USPS Standard: $5.00. Allow 6-10 business days.

USPS Priority + Signature Confirmation: $10.00. Please allow 1-3 business days.


FedEx Ground: $15.00. Please allow 4-5 business days. 

FedEx Express: $23.00.  Please allow 3-4 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. 


Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for customized or engraved items.



Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of -engraved items and an additional 4-5 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items.



•The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping. 

•Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount. 

•Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.

•Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. Website for domestic delivery. 


Return & Exchange

We happily accept most unused and unworn merchandise accompanied with the original sales invoice within 48 hours of the ship date for a full refund or credit.

EXCEPTIONS: Personalized/custom pieces are handmade to order and FINAL SALE ONLY.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. 

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
